Dr. Shimon Jakobovits earned his medical degree from Rush Medical College and completed his Internal Medicine residency at MetroHealth Medical Center in Cleveland, Ohio, where he participated in the Primary Care of Vulnerable Populations Track. At Midwest Refuah Health Center, he provides compassionate, comprehensive care for adults ages 18 and older, with a focus on preventive medicine, community health, and the ongoing management of chronic medical conditions.
