Dr. Pierson earned her medical degree from Arizona in 2022 and completed her pediatric residency at Georgetown University Hospital in Washington, D.C. With a background in international development and sociology, she takes a holistic approach to patient care, focusing on preventive medicine with an emphasis on culturally mindful care. Dr. Pierson is dedicated to serving a diverse patient population and building meaningful relationships with patients and families, with special interests in newborn care, infectious disease, asthma, headaches, and community medicine. Outside of medicine, she enjoys traveling, recently visiting Chulalongkorn University in Bangkok to learn about pediatric infectious disease in Thailand.
