Dr. Christina Delis

Dr. Christina Delis joins MRHC with over 30 years of experience practicing dentistry in the Chicagoland area. She earned a Bachelor of Science in Medical Laboratory Sciences from the University of Illinois Chicago and completed her dental degree at the University of Louisville School of Dentistry. Dr. Delis is excited to join the Dental–Hygiene Clinic at MRHC and is committed to providing compassionate, high-quality patient care. Outside of work, Dr. Delis enjoys spending time with family and friends, cooking, taking long walks, and traveling.

Dr. Sara Sorouri

Dr. Sara Sorouri joins MRHV as a Dentist with a focus on dental hygiene. She has nearly 30 years of experience in dentistry. Dr. Sara earned her bachelor’s degree in Biology from Loyola University and completed dental school at Northwestern University. She has practiced primarily in private practice and is pleased to join MRHC to help deliver high-quality dental care to the community. Outside of work, she enjoys cooking, traveling, biking and spending time with her family.

Dr. Ann Simon

Dr. Annie joins MRHC as a Pediatric Dentist. Born in Chicago and raised in Sugar Land, Texas, she earned her Bachelor of Science in Biology from Fairleigh Dickinson University and her Doctor of Dental Surgery from the UT School of Dentistry in Houston. She completed an AEGD residency at NYU Langone–Brooklyn and later specialized in pediatric dentistry at UT Health San Antonio, following six years providing school-based dental care in the Bronx. Dr. Annie is passionate about creating a warm, supportive dental home for children and their families. Outside of work, she enjoys trying new restaurants, exploring new fitness classes, and planning her next trip.

Tehilla Dubin

Tehilla Dubin began her journey with MRHC as a Behavioral Health Intern and has grown into a Licensed Social Worker, supporting children, adolescents, and adults in building self-esteem, strengthening emotional regulation, and fostering confidence. She earned her master’s degree in Social Work from the Wurzweiler School of Social Work and is passionate about creating a supportive, down-to-earth space where clients feel safe to grow and be themselves. Outside of work, Tehilla enjoys cooking for family and friends and spending time with her dog.

 

Gabriela Contreras

Gabriela Contreras joins MRHC as a parttime Nurse Practitioner with experience in Family Medicine and Urgent Care across the Chicagoland area. She earned both her Bachelor of Science and Master of Science in Nursing from Chamberlain University. Passionate about delivering high-quality, patient-centered care, Gabi (pronounced Gah-b) is committed to supporting individuals and families across all stages of life with a personal, compassionate approach. Born and raised in Chicago, she enjoys cooking, spending time in the sunshine, watching movies, and making memories with her family.

Sava Patel

Sava Patel joins MRHC as a certified Physician Assistant. She brings a strong passion for preventative and holistic care, with a focus on supporting children and families through every stage of their health journey. Sava is committed to fostering a warm, welcoming, and collaborative environment where patients feel heard, respected, and confident in their care. She values building meaningful relationships with families and empowering them with education and support. Outside of the clinic, Sava enjoys spending time in nature, trying new baking recipes, and making memories with her four sisters and cousins.

Dr. Maria Pierson

Dr. Pierson earned her medical degree from Arizona in 2022 and completed her pediatric residency at Georgetown University Hospital in Washington, D.C. With a background in international development and sociology, she takes a holistic approach to patient care, focusing on preventive medicine with an emphasis on culturally mindful care. Dr. Pierson is dedicated to serving a diverse patient population and building meaningful relationships with patients and families, with special interests in newborn care, infectious disease, asthma, headaches, and community medicine. Outside of medicine, she enjoys traveling, recently visiting Chulalongkorn University in Bangkok to learn about pediatric infectious disease in Thailand. We’re thrilled to welcome Dr. Pierson to our team!

 

Sheli Ruffer

Sheli Ruffer joins MRHC as a Dance Movement Therapist with a specialization in somatic therapy. She holds a master’s degree in clinical mental health counseling from Naropa University in Boulder, Colorado and a bachelor’s degree in dance from the University of Michigan. Sheli has a deep belief in the body’s wisdom and movement as a gateway to transformation and brings warmth, presence and professional care to every session. Outside of work she loves reading, laughing with friends and family, and spending time with her dog Dodi.
